Truevera was appointed as a private placement agent by the Real Estate division of a Vietnamese conglomerate to raise USD80m in project financing regarding a residential real estate project located in Danang, Vietnam

Truevera was engaged to review and raise project financing relating to a real estate project locate in Danang. 

Solution

Truevera is working with various lenders in Hong Kong and Singapore in addition to local counsel in order to legally structure the offshore debt. Our client is currently reviewing several term sheets.
